Cancellation Policy
We look forward to welcoming you! To ensure each visitor receives the time and attention they deserve, all guided tours of our Personal Care Home are scheduled by appointment only. We welcome prospective residents, family members, or legal guardians. - Tours are available Monday-Friday between 10:00AM-3:00PM. - Weekend tours may be available upon request with at least 72 hours' notice. - CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. - HEALTH & SAFETY: ALL visitors must check in upon arrival. If anyone who is scheduled to attend the tour is feeling unwell or sick, please call to reschedule. Your safety and our residents' safety are our top priorities. - NO SHOWS may affect future booking availability.
